Changing country and bank account

Hello I have a UK set up PayPal and I moved country within EU. Hiw come I cannot add another account in other country within the same email and details?

Your email address identifies your paypal account so how can you have the same email address for both accounts?

Thats like having the same bank account number for 2 different bank accounts.

Thank you, althought it wasnt a an answer to my question. And if there is an option to choose from where the money should be deducted when you pay(for example paypal balance or credit/debit card or another bank account) I also thought one could add another currency account. Well perhaps somebody else might recommend an easy solution.

So to be clear you can add an account under one email address only in currency and country the primary account was set in?

there is no way having to different means of payment option under one registered user?
