I have an account for Spain with paypal.com and a spanish bank card. been here for 13 years. I had a uk account with my uk card for 15 years, ie before i moved. changed address after 2 years to this one here in Spain - no problem. added new cards latest one 3 years ago, with this address - no problem. the card that expired oct 2016 on the uk account has this address - here in spain. must've verified the card to this address prevoiusly! If I cannot use my uk card I won't buy from uk - paypals loss.
