It's possible to have a bank account registered on two different PayPal accounts at the same time. This can only be done if the name is the same on each account or if the bank account has a joint name.
Keep in mind however that a bank account can only be registered on three PayPal accounts in total. If you try to add a bank account to another PayPal account after that, it will result in the bank account becoming disabled permanently on the PayPal system.
