When I click "Add Card" in Wallet, nothing happens.

Hi all,
My PayPal was set up with a debit card I no longer use. I went and removed it, then attempted to add a new card. When I clicked the "Add Card" button, absolutely nothing happened. I have gone through the Wallet page and through the Summary page, and nothing works. I have tried in two browsers (Chrome and Edge) and logged out and in multiple times to try and get it to work.
Is this an issue others are experiencing? I went to try and report this to PayPal directly but their help site is frankly appalling, only allowing me to seek resolution for payment disputes and not giving me the option to report an issue with the website anywhere I could find.
Thanks!

Hi @OvertConcerns,
Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues adding a card. Can you try on Firefox or IE and let us know how you get on? There are no known issues with adding a card at this time.

Hi @PayPal_Siobhán,
I have now tried in Firefox as well as Chrome and Edge/IE, with no success. I can still add bank details (although having tried this I do not get sent a £0.01 transaction with which to verify either, so that seems to be an issue for me to) with a second or so delay between clicking the button and the window appearing, but clicking add card does nothing on any of the browsers I've tried it on.
Any suggestions? Is this just an issue for me, or a more wide-spread issue?

Any updates on this issue? It's for quite sometime already. I tried all the browsers, but still nothing happens when clicking Add card.

Me too. Tested with Chrome and Firefox (latest) and WIN10.
Actually "Add new card" button (/myaccount/wallet/add/card) opens the form with new card number, expiration date etc. but when I click on "Save", nothing happens.
I also have bootstrap error:
Refused to load the script 'h t t p s://nexus.ensighten.com/paypal/stage/Bootstrap.js' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' https://*.paypal.com https://*.paypalobjects.com 'unsafe-inline' 'unsafe-eval'".
