hi ive tried add card on my paypal account it says that my card is all ready on a paypal account but i closed my old account down yesterday still saying same thing

If the financial information is not removed from the account before you close the account it essentially becomes locked. Please contact us on 0800 358 7911 and our Customer Support team will be able to assist with removing the card.
