I'm trying to link my bank of America account to my Paypal but it's refusing to let me. "Sorry, we’re unable to link that bank because it is disabled. Please try another bank." is the error message that keeps appearing. Can you please assist me with this? I've tried googling solutions and it seems like this is a huge problem with many others. This is the first time I am trying to link my bank account.
