Hello. I've just created a PayPal account, but i can not start using it, because I am not able to add my debit card. I have a Visa Debit card, which is valid for two more years, but when i try to add it to my Paypal account i get this error "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card". I also tried to add my bank account but i got this error "We're sorry, we're not able to process your request. Please try again later."
I live in United Kingdom and the billing address is correct. The card works perfectly when shopping online, withdrawing money etc. Should i go to my bank in order to solve this issue or what should i do? Please help me!!
