Two Paypal Accounts,For One Bank Account?

Hello. I've two Paypal Acounts, and my first account i haven't used for very long time, i've completely forgoten the username and password for that, today i made a new paypal account and i cant update my bank account because ive used that bank account for my first one, i only have one bank account with Natwest cant log into my first account to delete my Bank Account so i could swap it to my new one, what would you advise? Thanks.

I would ask customer services if they could get you access to your old account via security words etc or remove the bank account for you.

Click on the words "Contact us" at the bottom of paypal pages > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
