Hello. I've two Paypal Acounts, and my first account i haven't used for very long time, i've completely forgoten the username and password for that, today i made a new paypal account and i cant update my bank account because ive used that bank account for my first one, i only have one bank account with Natwest cant log into my first account to delete my Bank Account so i could swap it to my new one, what would you advise?
