Hi , recently I tried to update my exsiting debit card on my paypal account as it was due to expire in Feb 2017 . I kept getting an error so I deleted the exsiting card and tried to add my new card . I keep getting an error message saying check the card details and try again . I must have added the correct detail over 10 times but with no success . I have messageed paypal but they just sent a FAQ on how to update or add a new card . can anyone help please >
