The company logo doesn't appear when viewing or printing an invoice

For about a week now, when I view an invoice, the logo occasionally appears, but doesn't appear on the majority of invoices I print out. Is anyone else having this problem as this seems to be a new bug and I can't find anywhere to report it other than here?

So sorry to hear you are having such issues. Is this still happening? If so can you please report it here so we can have it looked in to for you.
