I have moved from the UK to Nicaragua. I still have my UK bank account and I have changed the address. I am unable to link my new debit card because there is no way to change the country! My paypal account also shows that I am a business customer...I am not! Only personal. How do I change this?
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
You are supposed to withdraw all funds / remove bank account and cards / close the old account to release up the email address BEFORE you move.
