I just got the Paypal policy update email telling me that some of my activity may be limited if I don't confirm info on my account within 48 hours. I went to my account and saw that it now shows how 'complete' my profile is (or isn't, in this case). I was at 60% and needed to confirm my mobile number. No problem, I did that, and it put me up to 80%. I use Paypal on my phone sometimes, if I need to pay for something online while I'm away from the computer. I don't, however, want or need the Paypal app to do this. I also don't care whether or not my profile is 'complete'. But does that last 20% matter with regards to my account being limited or not?
