I made my paypal account in 2010 using my mothers name and I rarely used Paypal or ebay since then. It wasn't connected to any bank accout, and IS connected to my current primary email. Since I received my debit card, I want to change the name of that account from my mothers name to my name. Is this possible?
If I can't change the name, can I delete that account and create a new account with the email that is currently connected to that account?
Your best bet is to remove all financial info from your old account and close it down.
Then you "should" be able to re-use the email address on your new account BUT I would double check with customer services first that the info i have given you is still correct.
