Can't edit phone number & change my credit card details. HELP !!

Hi everyone,
Is anyone experiencing the same problem I have with the "New Look" paypal site & if so how can I get it working again?
Against the phone number I need to change I see the edit/remove options & it doesn't matter which I choose the reloaded page just takes me back to my profile page & I can't leave that page unless I go back to "summary" Any suggestions?
I need to change my credit card details & it says I can do this in my wallet but going there only allows me to withdraw money or make a payment & the rest is blank. Why?
Finally I chose contact paypal services. Under email contact, the newly loaded page just shows "how can we help" & nothing else. It's all blank. Same for phone contact. I thought they would show telephone numbers to phone for help but the page is blank.
I've recently upgraded Video X & other items required to view Internet content so why can't I see what I need on paypal site when everything else works fine on any other site I choose. Why is the PayPal site so different?

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
