PayPal will not let me register a card saying I have it set up on another PayPal account. I don't.

I HAVE BEING TRYING TO BUY STUFF ,BUT WHEN I GO TO MY P/PAY TO PAY IT WON'T LET MITT SAYS MY CARD IS ALREADY REGISTERED TO SOMEONE WITH THE SAME CARD DETAILS.

Hi guys,
If you are trying to register your card to your account and you are being advised that the card is already active on another PayPal account, it is possible that the card is already active on another PayPal account. From my experience, it is possible that you may have registered another PayPal account some time ago and the card may be active on this account.
My best advice for you would be to try clicking the Contact Us icon on your PayPal account. From here, you can then click the Call Us or Email Us options in order to get in contact with our customer services team. We can then investigate it further for you and then try to remove the card from the old account for you.
