I want to make an urgent purchase but Paypal keeps telling me my debit card had been rejected

I just dont getit !! Numerous tries, filled in everything

As you haven't said what card you are using / what countries paypal account you have / whether the card is linked and confirmed etc etc etc then I can't get it either.

It is VISA, yes i linked it to my bank. i am operating it from Kenya
