I want to change my Paypal password after my email account was hacked. But Paypal are asking me to enter my full card account details and this does not feel safe while hackers have found access to other "secure" information.
I found on old similar question here in the forum and your reply was that it is safe to enter full card details as you do not store the information. But it seems to me that you must do else how do you manage to send money to people I have purchased from?
Is there another way that I can change my password here without typing in my full card details? Using security questions that only I know the answer to, for example.

Hi cjay55,
Welcome to the Community Forum!
It sounds stressful...
I would like to put your mind at ease and assure you that inputting the full card number is safe but you need to ensure you don't click any links but go to PayPal website.
If you don't want to do this, there is no problem at all, you can call Customer Services and after confirming that you are the account holder, you will be able to change password during the phone conversation. Please note you will need internet access during that call.
Hope it helps!
Anna
