I have a persoanl PayPal account and I've just openned a business one for my limited company. The business one is verified but needed additional information.
I uploaded a PDF copy of my full UK driving license and certificate sent from Companies House confirming my company number.
I check daily but its still saying I need to upload documents for further review but they aren't asking for anything different to what I've uploaded already. Help!
Click on the words "Contact us" at the bottom of paypal pages > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
