I do not have any photo ID as i do not drive and my passport has not been changed due to running out soon.
Paypal David said this on a previous post "PayPal have a banking liscence and as a result, we need to request documentation if you are trying to update the name registered on your PayPal account. If you try changing your name with a bank on the high street, you will also be asked to provide documents proving that your name has changed."
However i did not need photo id when i changed my details at my BANK just my marriage certificate. It is still the same bank account i registered with so i do not understand why i need photo id aswell.
can anyone help?
or am i better off closing my account and opening a brand new one?
