PayPal Pools is the easy way to collect money from friends and family and you do not have to be Non-Profit to create a pool. All contributions go straight to your account to spend when you’re ready. Creating and running a pool is absolutely free of charge. PayPal doesn't charge a fee to open a PayPal account.
Money Pools are not made to collect money from customers and all the contributions you receive through your pool are considered personal payments and so they’re not eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection.
