Hi , I can't find the list of my pending payments in my paypal account, I used to be able to click on 'pending' and check which were on hold for 21 days and the dates they would be released but that facility seems to have disappeared on May 1st.
I hope this issue is resolved soon, I have money that is not even showing up whatsoever. NO pending payments, no button to press that used to let you check your pending payments. whats going on?
Sorry about the delay in getting back to you both on this.
If you try going to the History page in your PayPal account, you can then click the More Filters option.
From here, you will have an option to select payment holds and you will be able to see all the payments that have been placed on hold in your PayPal account.
I hope this helps you both in locating your payments that have been placed on hold.
I have the same problem yet this doesn't seem possible on my mobile app ? The money from a buyer has disappeared from pending section yet the money hasn't gone back into their account, where is it?
Yea me too! I sold a few item on eBay and it says I have payments in my pending. But when I add up the amount that's supposedly in my pending, it isn't the same as what I'm waiting on. It's like the payments disappeared!
