Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
For your protection we will temporarily disable a card when you enter the PayPal code incorrectly 3 times when you were confirming your card. This is to ensure that only the person who owns the card can confirm it.
To resolve this you just need to get in touh with our customer service team. To call our email click contact at the bottom of any PayPal page and then select the approriate option. You can also reach us on Facebook www.Facebook.com/PayPalUK or on Twitter @AskPayPal .
Once your card has been activated you can add the card back to your account and use the code that has already been sent to your card.
Your code will look like this on your statement:
PP*1234 CODE or PayPal*1234CODE
Remember that if you have requested this more than once, only the most recent code will be valid.
