LIMITED ACCOUNT. Same emails.

Hello,

I got my acocunt limited, filled all information, sent some documents and etc, and now I am asked to:

Directors
___________
Please update/ complete the information in the Director Information Section.

Please update full name

Please update the full residential address

Please update the nationality of the Director(s)

- Please update the date of birth.

It was updating long time ago, it is impossible to update something else. I keep writing emails to PayPal, writing to Facebook, to help me solve this, because It is already filled, but I keep getting emails that I need to fill this Section..
Anyone had a similar problem?

Your best bet is to give customer services a call and see if you can work it out talking to an agent.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.

In the UK its free from any landline phone.

Hello, Yes, I called them and they said that will check it again, that everything is filled and etc. Hope this wont take long
