I see I am not the only person suffering with this problem and the most frustrating thing is trying to get to speak to someone who can talk you through it. 3 to 4 minutes on a phone waiting for a machine to stop asking questions and put you through to a real person, really makes me mad.
I have been sending emails for two weeks to the support with the usual useless answers coming back, like do you have a business acccount - yes

This is the first page on my web site that I have tried to link to paypal and I am getting fed up already. Apparently support is no good at paypal which I am finding out for myself. If only paypal remembered that the little people got them where they are today, so get off your arses and do something to be helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
