I cannot link my debit card

Ive had paypal for about a month now, and I linked my debit/atm card and made purchases perfectly fine, then all of a sudden my account got limited then my bank nor card would work anymore. I know my account/card is not frozen due to just going to the store and making a purchase with the card. When I try to link my card, is says they cannot verify the CDC code or whatever the three number code is on the back of my card. Is there anyway to fix this?

It seems very strange that you are not able to use your account anymore. Have you used your account from a new location maybe or are there any limitations in your resolution centre that needs to be resolved?  

If this issue continues i would advise to contact our service team so that they can help you resolve this.
