Fees on friends and family payments

I'm being charged a fee on friends and family payments but i'my using a debit card and it's in the UK. Does anyone know how I sort this?

Welcome to the community. You should find all of the information you need on our fee structure here, https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees. Have you checked with your debit card issuer? Also, are both parties in the UK and is this a registered UK bank account?
