I am so frustrated cos all i want to do is get the money transferred ready for my children and myself to go on holiday next week .Any ideas please I have since seperated from husband and will eventually go back to my original maiden name but right now my bank cards are in my married name PLEASE PLEASE Can anyone help ?

Hi sezbunny76,
If you don't have any photo id, the only alternative that we can request is a copy of your birth certificate and we can then update the name that is registered on your PayPal account.
I hope this helps,
David.

Hi tw1972,
Thanks for posting your query and welcome to the UK Community Forum!
Normally a name change request can take 24 to 72 hours once documents have been submitted. Can you please repost and let us know if this is now resolved for you?
Thanks,
Maria

I am trying to update my name on my account. I have sent through a copy of my passport and a legalised deed poll well over a week ago and heard nothing at all. ... I have chased by Email and nothing. I have now had to resort to submitting a complaint.
I am trying to set up a business and need a paypal for that but this is leaving me at my wits end. I just want someone to acknowledge the stuff is received and let me know what more I need to do.
Help anyone?
