Disabled Visa Electron Debit Card after 3 times not correct expanded 4 digit number?

Hello Community,
yesterday I made an account in paypal and I began the process of linking my debit card. I linked it and it left only to be verified by the 4 digit number which Paypal have sent to my bank issuer. However I am not very fluent in English and I thought I need to the enter the last four numbers from my card. After 3 times it said to me that my card is disabled and can not be used in Paypal if I do not send some documents or something like that. I live in Bulgaria and I do not understand what I have to do so my debit card is re-enabled. Please help me because is urgent.

Hi SouthWinD,
If you contact us by phone or email we will review your account and should be able to re-enable to card for you. Once the card has been re-enabled you will need to begin the confirmation process again.
To contact us please click on the contact us link at the bottom of every PayPal page.

Because when I go in "Contact us" and I try to "Email Us" and i enter my last four digit number from my debit card it says that is not valid (probably because is disabled)

Hi there SouthWinD,
If you are unable to select the option for credit/debit cards, you could try selecting a different option that will not ask you for the last four digits of your card number and you should be able to contact us without any problems.

I have sent an email to Paypal service, hopefully Paypal will answer me as soon as possible because it is urgent.
