Hello Community, yesterday I made an account in paypal and I began the process of linking my debit card. I linked it and it left only to be verified by the 4 digit number which Paypal have sent to my bank issuer. However I am not very fluent in English and I thought I need to the enter the last four numbers from my card. After 3 times it said to me that my card is disabled and can not be used in Paypal if I do not send some documents or something like that. I live in Bulgaria and I do not understand what I have to do so my debit card is re-enabled. Please help me because is urgent.
