Its not a monthly direct debit.
When you fund payments from your bank account it is debited via your direct debit mandate. SO the LAST seller you paid would have been for £14.50.
Then it won't show again until the next time you pay and then if you pay a seller £11 it will show in your direct debit list £11 but again this is not a monthly amount.
eg I have south west water in my direct debit list and £56 is against it BUT that does not mean its monthly its just the last time i paid.
