Customer Service 0845 cannot be called from abroad.

I really need to talk to real person about an account settings problem. The virtual agent is just too stupid and pushes up an 0845 phone number to call. I am travelling out of UK and even through skype cannot call an 0845 number. There is no "normal" number given on tthe website and requests have remained fruitless.  0845 numbers are aleays re-directed to a proper landline. 

Does anyone know the real number?

The only number that you can reach PayPal within the UK is with a 0845 number. Have you tried putting +44 at the start of the number?

Alternatively, if you are unable to contact customer services, you could try emailing us directly and we can investigate it further on your behalf.
