Hi I got this email today, so opened all the headers as I figured it was a scam. I had copied the whole email below, but Paypal dont like the headers and would not let me post so that all would know. I was informed that headers are something "which is not permitted in this community. Please remove this content before sending your post." I guess Paypal wont do too much. What made me wary initially was the paypal.de domain. And the "Dear Paypal use". I would love to report it somewhere, but Paypal is now so user unfriendly - dont want to know. Cant be bothered with customers. Should put a "report scams here" button to forward the emails to. T.
