Credit card transfer to another account

Hello guys! I have a problem. I change my account on paypal to a new account and i cant add (to the new account) my credit card. I remove it from my 1st account but i cant add it again. (( We’re sorry, this card can’t be linked to additional PayPal accounts. Please link a different card. )) This is what it says.I send msg too but noone answer me. Any ideas?

I am sorry to see that you have not received any responses as of yet to your post. From reading the error message you are receiving it sounds like your card has reached the limit of times it can be added on PayPal. We limit the amount of times a credit card can be added to different PayPal accounts. Your card may have exceeded this limit and as such cannot be added to another PayPal account. I would recommend to try adding another card.
