Country- specific credit cards

I have an address in UK & France where I hold my paypal account. I now want to open a UK account as well so I can use my UK bank as well . Can I do this & use the same email address ?

Welcome in our Community and thank you for asking your question. 

Yes, you can open a new UK PayPal account. As long as you have an address in both countries you can have 2 PayPal accounts. You would need 2 different email addresses as you can only open 1 PayPal account per email address. 

But you can use a new email to open your new PayPal account and add your UK financials. Do keep in mind that you can only add UK addresses to your UK PayPal account. So if you want to have the item delivered in France you would need to use your French account and vice versa as PayPal is country specific.
