I recently got charged £1 to confirm my card, yet it says the code is incorrect and they have just charged me another £1. Is there an email address so I can get this refunded?

Help/contact bottom of this and every paypal page > email or phone options.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
