Hi, I moved out of the UK about 8 years ago and I have recently tried to access to my Paypal account.
It seems to be temparaily suspended and I need to resolve this problem with my mobile number. But I don't have any UK mobile number any more and I reckon only my option is to close my account.
But without resolving this issue, how can I close my accout?

In order to close off that account you would need to give us a call. To find our phone number click 'help and contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Choose 'call us' and then continue as a guest to find the number without logging in. We have an international number accessible from outside of the UK.
