Closed old Paypal account and using bank details for second account

I recently closed an old Paypal account as I didn't use it. This had details of my sole bank account.
I also had a second paypal account which I have been using mainly to buy items from ebay using my debit card details.
Now, since I closed my first paypal account, I have also emailed 3 times now asking paypal to remove my banking details from this account so I can use it for my second account. With the email to paypal I also provided details of the login email address and password of the account to identify it, and the email was sent using my second paypal account.
I have not yet had a response from paypal regarding the request . It seems to me that it is a simple request and would not be a difficult task for paypal to carry out.
As I do not have another bank account I need paypal to remove my banking details from my closed account so I can use them in my current paypal account.
Why don't I get a response from Paypal even when I provided my mobile number and email address for a response!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have closed a PayPal account with a bank account still linked to the closed account, you need to contact customer services and we can try to have the bank account removed from the old account on your behalf.
If you have already tried emailing customer services directly, it can take on average between 24 and 72 hours for you to receive a response from our customer services team. If there are a higher then expected volume of emails currently in the queue, it could result in there being a slight delay in you receiving a response in regards to your query.
If you wish, you could try contacting customer services directly by phone and we should be able to assist you with this sooner. If you click the Contact Us icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you can then click the Call Us option in order to contact customer services directly.
