Hi! When I wanted to update my card (VISA Electron) it wasn`t accepted (later I figured that it is because my new card has a new surname (I got married). I tried linking it again but it was declined - the same card only different expiry date and surname. I tried to change my name on PayPal by uploading an new ID photo but nobody from PayPal responded or changed my name. I got tired of waiting so I deleted the account and created a new one, llinked the card and again declined. I maybe blocked my e-mail adress, mobile phone or card number by trying so many times. That is when I opened again a new PayPal account with a new e-mail adress and a new card (also VISA Electron but different bank), double checked the data and the card was declined again - maybe PayPal finds it suspiciuous that I tried so many times with different names and card numbers from the same IP adress?? I`am very frustrated now - PayPal was supposed to be an easy secure way to pay online - it was for me for couple of years but now is terrible! I don`t have to mention that I sent 3 or 4 mails to them and nobody responded! Very unprofessional!
