Can't set up a Santander account

Hello

Tried several times to set up a Santander account but it seems that Santander use a common set of Sort Code and Account numbers for a number of customers and it is only a Savings Account Number that allocates money to the correct account. There is no PayPal setting to accept this unique number in the Bank Account set up page. Does anyone know how I can set up this account?

Welcome to our Community!

If you are still having a problem adding your bank account I would suggest contacting our Customer Support directly. We can only add a bank account to one account at a time and the bank account number can only unique to one customer and the sort code to the branch of the customer. There is no way of adding a disbursement account if that is what you mean here.
