Can't add debit card

Hi, ive been trying to add my debit card too my paypal account for a while, every time i try to it comes up saying card is already attached to another account but its not as far as im aware. Any way to sort this? Thanks

Hi, have you ever had another paypal account and closed it that that card may have been attached to??

I have but had a different card on that account.

But if the debit card you have still links to the same bank account it is considered the same card.

How do i remove it from the other account as i have no idea what the login details are

Contact customer services and see if they can get you access to your other paypal account.

Contact us bottom of paypal pages > call us option.
