I tried adding my bank car to my PayPal however, a messaged popped up saying that my card is already linked to another pay pal account and I should remove in order to be able to add it to this account. The problem is, this is my first PayPal account and as far as I am aware of I have not linked it to any other account...

Please contact our Customer Support team by phone on 0800 358 7911, this number is free from a UK landline. You will be asked for the long 16 digit card number to locate the card on the PayPal system.
