I was due to receive a 1p deposit into my bank account with a 4 digit code to allow me to confirm my bank account.3 days later i still havnt received it so i cant get to the money in my paypal account.could someone please assist with this urgent request.many thanks.rik.
1p wasnt withdrawn from my account so no code was sent so i cant imput the number.ive tried numerous times since to request online for a confirmation code but still no code or withdrawl.ive recently added my card details in the hope somehow i can get my bank account confirmed that way.so i am at present £1 out of pocket plus my busfares to the bank and back to see if 1p had gone from my account. Still no code to confirm my uk bank account.cant withdraw money stuck in my paypal account due to paypal not sending a code or withdrawing 1p. Wont let me re apply for the damn code.WHY????????????????
I am hoping you have received your confirmation code by now and if not I would recommend to contact us directly so we can help. If you have a UK PayPal account you do not need to confirm your bank account before you can withdraw funds. Your bank account only needs to be confirmed to verify your PayPal account or if you wish to use it as a funding source to fund your payments.
Hi Richard36, as moderators here we are unable to view your PayPal account. Can you check your PayPal account to see if it is showing next to your bank account that the code has been initiated successfully. If it has not been initiated correctly you will have the option to initiate or and you will also have the option to request the code again if it was not received.
