Hi, i created a paypal account long time ago and linked my bank account to it, but i did not use it and therefore i forgot the details of it, now i reopened a new paypal account, and it does nt let me link my bank account, and i need it, what can i do?
The best thing to do would be to contact us directly by phone. You may be asked to provide the bank account number and our team can run a search to locate the account is was registered on. Once located they should be able to remove it and allow you add it to your new PayPal account.
