migrated to another country and cannot add the new address

Dear Team,

I changed my residence to Sri Lanka and now i cannot change my billing address or even i cant add a new card. When i add the address in the country column it does not appear Sri lanka as a country. Please advice

As paypal is country specific you can't use the same account if you move to another country.

You are allowed to open another paypal account the country you move to but must add that countries financial info ie bank account / cards to it.

You can leave the other paypal account open if you are returning back to the country you moved from or you can close it but remember to remove that financial info from your old paypal account before you close it.
