Adding bank account

Everytime I try and add my bank account I get the same error message saying try again later. I can't find any where to contact paypal and it getting so frustrating. Help please!

Is it a bank paypal accept?

Have you tried another browser?

To contact paypal click on help / contact bottom of this and every other paypal page > phone option.
