How do I add a number from a different country? It won't let me add a plus symbol (+) which is to add the country code. This is my mobile number and now I can't receive money. Help me please

PayPal accounts are country specific. This means that you create the account select the country of residency the area code for the phone number will automatically revert to match the country selected. For example a UK PayPal Account will have the area code of 0044 and this cannot be changed.
You will not be able to add a mobile number issued to you from another country.
