i was just on Starbucks website ordering and when trying to use paypal, it went to a paypal site that said occassionally verification was needed. it asked for name, address, phone, dob, and ssn, is this normal?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
