Very Aggravated With This Website And Verification NEED HELP!!

Last night I tried making a purchase on Ebay, so when trying to pay, I get a message from Paypal stating I need to verify my account, so I enter a bank account routing/checking and it states it will send 2 deposits to my bank and when it shows, I can log back in and verify the 2 amounts and I will become verified. Well, NO WHERE on this site is there a place to do this, and if I click GET VERIFIED it takes me back to the page to enter a routing/checking account, which I have already done, and when I do it again it tells me the account I entered is already assigned to an account, so where the heck is the **bleep** place to verify the 2 deposits?? No link was emailed to me, etc... Why does this site make it so frustrating and complicated to do this? I cant pay for an auction I won until I do this.

Is there not a link to click that will take me to a page to enter the 2 amounts deposited into my account??????

Here's the instructions from PayPal's Help Center...

If you don’t bank online or don’t wish to enter your online banking details, there’s another way to confirm your bank account. Here’s how it works:

We’ll deposit 2 small amounts (less than $1.00 USD each) into your bank account. They’ll show up on your bank statement 2-3 business days later. Note the 2 exact amounts and then:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3. Click Bank Accounts under Financial Information. (Don't see this step? Follow the instructions below.)
4. Click Confirm.
5. Enter the two amounts in the boxes provided.
6. Click Submit.

Or:

1. Click Profile near the top of the page.
2. Click My money.
3. Click Update beside Credit and debit cards.
4. Click Confirm.
5. Enter the two amounts in the boxes provided.
6. Click Submit.

if I go the first route and click bank accounts, it does exactly what I stated in my first post, it takes me to a page to enter in a check routing/account number but when I click submit it states the account is already assigned, which the other night I had to enter this info in the first time to get the 2 deposits into my account

The second way you have listed, I dont have the MY MONEY option listed at all
