Cannot verify my account

So i created an account a few days yesterday and got the html code into my website with the button. I was so excited but wasn't sure if it worked right? I can't PAY myself so I had my father pay me $1 to make sure it worked. Problem was when he printed out the transactions sheet it said my "payment status" was "unclaimed." My father suggested that I check that everything on my account was set up and I see up at the top that I am unverified. I click on that and try to add my savings account info but it says it's wrong! I have savings account at my bank.

I clicked the button for savings vs checking account but the numbers it says it needs, the amount never change.

my routing # is 3 numbers long. my dad says that's my CCV on the back of my credit card.

I know my account number, [my credit card #] but that routing number says it needs to be 9 digits long on the Verification page. Well it can't be because it's only 3 digits..... scratching my head on this one??

What is going on? I need to get this up and running in a hurry, i got business piling up already, customers want to pay me.

I called customer support and as soon as i started to talk with someone they either hung up or we got disconnected. I tried to call again like 5 seconds later and all i got was a busy signal.

Please help.

Your routing number is not the 3 digits on the back of your card. If you have checks with your bank, the easiest way to find your routing number is going to be the first set of digits on the bottom of one of your checks. If you are like me and do not have checks, you should be able to seach online for your banks routing number because every bank has their one routing number. It's not personal to your account, just your bank. Hope this helps.

CC88Gfx-  First of all, ashley-dorila is correct as far as the routing number.  Credit cards don't have routing numbers; the bank account they're attached to would though, as long as it's a debit card.  And either way, you couldn't withdraw to your card anyway.  If the payment status is 'unclaimed' then that means your email address hasn't been confirmed yet.  You need a confirmed email to accept payments.  You can check this through your 'Profile' link in your account.  If you hover over it and chose 'Add or edit email', right under your email address it'll say if it's confirmed or not, and if so, will give you a button to confirm.

Let us know if you have any problems.
